The Cottage

You can stay in this executive style, luxury quality, private and fully self-contained, self catering, separate, three room (one bedroom) cottage.

This wonderful space offers you:

1.   Grand views of the Motueka River, surrounding orchards & vineyards and Tasman Bay, Nelson and Richmond mountain range, D’Urville Island, Kina Peninsula and more
   

2.   Modern, stylish, and light filled living space.  There is a comfortable leather sofa, reclining leather chair, and a table for two.  You will keep toasty warm by the easy-to-use wood pellet fire on those cooler days.
   

3.   Natural polished timber floors, Afghan rugs, and quality furnishings
   

4.   An LCD television so you can watch local and international TV programs & play DVDs and CDs
   

5.   A modern kitchen equipped with a microwave/convection oven, electric cook-top, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator/freezer.  There is even an espresso coffee machine, freshly ground coffee, plus a range of complimentary teas.  Plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery are all supplied so you can easily self cater.
   

6.   A large wardrobe with hangars and shelves, full-length mirrors, a steam iron, and ironing board.  A resting place for your luggage is also provided.
   

7.   A Queen-sized bed, fresh cotton sheets, feather duvets, a selection of pillows, and an electric blanket (to keep you warm in cooler weather!)
   

8.   An alarm clock (is at the ready, should you need it) and two bedside lamps
   

9.   Complimentary Wi-Fi so you can connect to the the Internet if you have a wireless capable notebook, iPhone, iPad or the like.  An Ethernet cable connection is also available.
   

10.   A private shower-room, comprising a level entry glass & tile shower, a toilet, a large mirror, two hand basins, under-floor tile heating, a hair dryer and quality fittings
    

11.   Fresh & fluffy cotton spa towels, bathrobes, and a selection of toiletries
    

12.   Private decks ~ one facing east and one facing west ~ plus a patio with a gas barbecue.
    
    
    

The Cottage guests are welcome to use the Guest House spa pool, lounge room, and library.

As The Cottage is a self-contained, self catering, separate accommodation space, meals are not included in the rate.  However, breakfast and evening meals are available in the Guest House by prior arrangement, and for an additional charge.  Please ask your hosts when you check in.

No smoking in The Cottage, please.
